Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and pose insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs, aesthetic preferences, and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and curate complete looks tailored to individual customer preferences
- Use creativity to showcase multiple styling applications and encourage customers to explore new products and styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions with seamless checkout experiences and reinforce brand celebration
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, honest manner to support continuous professional development
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, relationship-building, and compelling product storytelling
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate business needs, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Maintain awareness of social media and express willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment or customer-facing sales role
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Strong social awareness and openness to learning omni-channel and digital selling methodologies
- Fluency in English; local language proficiency as required by market
- Physical capability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom
