Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and pose insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that reflect the customer's personal aesthetic
  • Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return for future purchases
  • Maintain deep knowledge of brand heritage and product attributes to drive results through storytelling
  • Ensure operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions
  • Demonstrate willingness to give and receive feedback in a constructive and honest manner
  • Maintain physical presence on the sales floor, maneuvering between retail and stockroom areas

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail environment

  • Proficiency in English or local market language
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
  • Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
