Kate Spade Temporary Style Advisor, Antioch, TN – Part-time retail sales role at Tanger Outlets Nashville with $15.00–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand personal style preferences
- Provide styling advice, suggest complementary pieces, and create complete looks that encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems
- Maintain strong product knowledge of brand attributes and seasonal collections to drive results through customer connections and storytelling
- Organize stockroom and sales floor to maintain operational excellence
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, collaborative manner with team members
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Prior experience working in a retail environment with demonstrated customer-facing sales abilities.
Education
