Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Leader in achieving sales targets and KPIs through daily coaching, performance tracking and proactive selling.

- Maintain elevated client experience standards, resolving escalations personally and cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Ensure visual merchandising fidelity and store presentation in line with brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving processes and cycle counts to minimise shrinkage.
- Manage daily operational tasks including cash handling, POS oversight, scheduling and labour optimisation.
- Implement loss-prevention procedures and maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate store events, private appointments and clienteling initiatives to drive traffic and conversion.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in premium or luxury fashion, with progressive responsibility in sales supervision.
- Demonstrable ability to coach, motivate and develop a retail team toward measurable targets.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, scheduling and basic P&L awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable with clienteling and personalised selling.
- Flexible availability to cover peak retail hours, weekends and store events.

Typically 3+ years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role within a premium or luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or fashion preferred but not mandatory.
