Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and model exceptional customer service and selling behaviours on the sales floor to achieve brand standards and an elevated client experience.
  • Drive personal and team sales performance against KPI targets; analyse metrics and implement corrective actions and best practices to improve productivity.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through proactive outreach, customer data capture and VIP retention initiatives.
  • Coach, mentor and develop store staff; support recruitment, onboarding and performance feedback to foster a high‑performing team.
  • Oversee daily operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, register operation and facility security (key‑holding).
  • Maintain inventory integrity by supervising POS transactions and inventory functions (receiving, transfers, shipments, repairs, damages).
  • Manage stockroom organisation and timely replenishment to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
  • Execute omni‑channel and virtual selling initiatives (including live‑stream shopping); promote brand‑safe social media engagement and trend awareness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to multi‑task, prioritise and operate confidently on the sales floor.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated social media literacy and familiarity with omni‑channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; key‑holding capability.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre within sales and stock areas.

Experience
