Kate Spade in Vancouver seeks a Store Supervisor to lead sales, clienteling and store operations. Full-time role at Pacific Centre.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and model exceptional client service and selling behaviours on the sales floor; drive team energy and a customer-first environment.
  • Deliver personal sales and coach the team to meet and exceed store KPIs; analyse sales metrics and implement corrective actions and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach, data capture and VIP retention strategies; lead omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives.
  • Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, POS transactions and inventory functions to preserve inventory integrity.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training; provide constructive feedback and talent development to build a high-performing, inclusive team.
  • Maintain stockroom organisation and direct replenishment to optimise floor availability; perform occasional key-holding responsibilities and facility security tasks.
  • Promote brand-safe social media engagement and remain current on platform trends to support local marketing and client acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident, customer-facing presentation and needs-discovery ability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; comfortable using POS and clienteling systems.
  • Demonstrated social media literacy and awareness of platform trends; aptitude for omni-channel and virtual selling tools.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; capable of regularly lifting 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18 to CAD 23 per hour.
