Kate Spade New York hiring Store Supervisor in Sunbury, Ohio. Lead retail team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional luxury customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal sales performance while coaching the team to meet sales and KPI targets; analyze metrics and implement best practices to improve efficiency
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and adherence to Kate Spade service standards; model service behaviors and lead VIP retention efforts
- Coach team members on performance goals and support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development
- Provide feedback to store leadership on team performance and act as an advocate for staff development and needs
- Perform and supervise opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, bank deposits, and security (key-holding responsibilities)
- Process POS transactions and manage inventory functions such as transfers, receiving, shipments, and repairs to maintain accuracy
- Maintain organized stockroom and direct timely replenishment to ensure product availability on the sales floor
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping and clienteling systems
- Lead customer data capture initiatives to grow loyalty programs and repeat purchases
- Foster an inclusive, equitable, and diverse team culture that empowers authentic engagement
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role (luxury or premium retail preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and able to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers and staff and navigate the sales floor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends
- Comfort with omni-channel, virtual selling tools, and clienteling systems
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical duties such as climbing, bending, and kneeling
Skills
Experience
2+ years in retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role, with experience in luxury or premium retail preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or GED; college education not required but equivalent retail or customer service experience valued.

This position is based in Sunbury, Ohio, USA, within easy reach of Columbus.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
