Kate Spade is hiring a Store Supervisor in St. Augustine, FL to lead sales, service and operations at St. Augustine Premium Outlets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and model exceptional in-store service and selling behaviours to achieve personal and store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coach, develop and motivate the sales team through goal-setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews; support recruitment and onboarding.
  • Drive client development through proactive outreach, data capture, VIP retention activities and personalised follow-up.
  • Oversee daily operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits and secure key-holding responsibilities.
  • Manage POS and inventory functions—receiving, transfers, shipments, repairs and damage processing—to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Maintain stockroom organisation and ensure timely replenishment to maximise availability on the sales floor.
  • Execute omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-streaming and virtual client appointments, and promote brand-safe social engagement.
  • Analyse sales and operational metrics to implement best practices that improve efficiency and store productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and cultivate an inclusive, equitable team culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership capacity; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, actionable feedback.
  • Proven ability to coach teams, manage performance and support recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Social media literacy and familiarity with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays; key-holding capability.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; comfortable climbing, bending and managing stockroom activity.
  • Combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
