Kate Spade is hiring a Store Supervisor in St. Augustine, FL (St. Augustine Premium Outlets). Lead sales, clienteling and store operations for the brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and model exceptional customer service on the sales floor, driving client engagement and relationship building through proactive outreach and kate spade service standards.
  • Drive personal and team sales performance to achieve store KPIs; analyse sales metrics and implement coaching and best practices to improve conversion and productivity.
  • Coach, develop and motivate store staff through regular feedback, onboarding support, performance discussions and role modelling of behaviours.
  • Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, register operations and key-holding responsibilities.
  • Ensure inventory integrity by accurately processing POS transactions and overseeing transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs and damages; maintain an organised stockroom and timely replenishment.
  • Support omni-channel initiatives and virtual selling (including live-stream shopping); promote brand-safe social media engagement and lead customer data capture for loyalty growth.
  • Foster an inclusive, equitable culture that empowers team members and supports retention of VIP and repeat clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with social media trends, omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; capacity to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
  • Ability to confidently engage customers and lead teams on the sales floor.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
