Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal sales performance and lead the team to achieve sales and KPI targets; analyze metrics and implement best practices to improve results and efficiency
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach, exceptional in-store experiences, and adherence to Kate Spade service standards
- Coach and mentor team members on sales goals, performance, and development; support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training
- Perform and supervise opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and facility security
- Manage inventory functions including transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs, and damages to maintain integrity and organize stockroom
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping and brand-safe social media engagement
- Lead customer data capture initiatives to grow loyalty programs and repeat purchases
- Provide feedback to store leadership on individual performance and development needs; advocate for team members
- Foster an inclusive, equitable, and diverse culture that empowers the team to thrive authentically
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role
- Luxury or premium retail experience preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends
- Comfort with omni-channel and virtual selling tools and clienteling systems
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Experience
2+ years of retail service experience in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail background preferred
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or relevant retail certification preferred
