Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead sales floor activity to achieve personal and store KPIs; analyse performance metrics and implement best practices to improve sales and productivity.
  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, exemplary in-store and after-sales service, VIP retention and clienteling initiatives.
  • Model brand service behaviours and coach the team to deliver consistent needs discovery and elevated selling techniques.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development; provide feedback to store leadership and act as an advocate for team growth.
  • Oversee operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, register operations and key-holding responsibilities.
  • Manage inventory integrity: process POS transactions, receive and transfer stock, report damages/repairs and maintain an organised stockroom with timely replenishment.
  • Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives (including live-stream shopping) and lead customer data capture to grow loyalty.
  • Maintain brand-safe social media presence and awareness of platform trends to support local marketing and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, clienteling systems and omni-channel/virtual selling tools.
  • Social media literacy and an understanding of platform trends.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; key-holding availability.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs); ability to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
