Kate Spade Store Supervisor position in Orlando, Florida. Part-time supervisory role managing retail operations and team leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and sales floor activities, ensuring excellent customer service and brand standards
- Lead and mentor store staff, providing coaching and development opportunities aligned with Tapestry's core competencies
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience
- Achieve sales targets and drive business results through team engagement and performance management
- Maintain store compliance with all policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Prepare operational reports and communicate relevant information to regional management
Qualifications
- Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience in retail or customer-facing environments
- Strong knowledge of Kate Spade brand values and merchandise
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Proficiency in retail point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities

Experience
Retail supervisory or leadership experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment; demonstrated track record of managing team performance and achieving sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or training is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
