Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor: model kate spade service behaviours, drive personal sales and coach the team to meet/store KPI and sales targets.
- Develop and retain clients through proactive outreach, VIP servicing and high standards for in-store and after-sales experiences.
- Coach, mentor and evaluate store associates; support recruitment, onboarding, training and provide performance feedback to store leadership.
- Oversee daily operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, register operations and facility security (key-holding).
- Manage inventory accuracy and stockroom organisation: process POS transactions, transfers, receiving, shipments and damage/repair workflows.
- Drive omni-channel initiatives, virtual selling (including live-stream shopping) and customer data capture to grow loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Promote brand-safe social media engagement and remain aware of platform trends to support merchandising and client engagement.
- Maintain physical standards of the sales environment and perform moderate physical tasks (regularly lift 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years in retail service with management or floor leadership responsibility; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to confidently engage customers and lead a sales floor.
- Demonstrable coaching and people-development capabilities; experience supporting recruitment and onboarding.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Familiarity with POS operations, inventory processes, clienteling systems and omni-channel/virtual selling tools.
- Social media literacy and comfort promoting brand presence across platforms.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, peak season and public holidays; ability to perform physical tasks required for retail operations.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of progressive retail experience in a management or floor-leadership role; luxury or premium retail environment strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail management training, certificate or associate degree preferred. Combination of education and experience considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
