Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to achieve sales targets and maintain exemplary customer service standards.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates through one‑on‑one feedback, role‑playing and formal training to elevate individual and team performance.
- Drive clienteling initiatives and cultivate long‑term relationships with high‑value customers to maximise repeat business and lifetime value.
- Oversee visual merchandising and floor standards to ensure brand presentation, seasonal rollouts and inventory placement align with corporate directives.
- Execute opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS reconciliation with strict adherence to loss‑prevention protocols.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare concise sales and stock reports, and collaborate with store management to implement corrective actions.
- Support recruiting, onboarding and scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage and an engaged frontline team.
- Escalate and resolve customer service issues professionally, acting as a brand ambassador in complex situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
- Authorization to work in the hiring country.
- Proven track record of supervisory responsibility in fashion or luxury retail with evidence of meeting sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to develop front‑of‑house talent.

Typically 2+ years of progressive retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead capacity within fashion, accessories or luxury retail, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales objectives and team development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, retail management, visual merchandising or a related field preferred.
