Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
- Oversee floor operations including visual merchandising, product replenishment, inventory accuracy and loss-prevention controls.
- Execute store opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliations and daily sales reporting.
- Train, develop and schedule staff; conduct performance feedback and support talent progression within the store.
- Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and ensure follow-through to preserve client relationships.
- Support promotional launches and seasonal floor plans, ensuring brand presentation and merchandising directives are met.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations and local labour laws.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail environments.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and coaching team performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; reliable with cash-handling and reconciliation procedures.
