Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
  • Oversee floor operations including visual merchandising, product replenishment, inventory accuracy and loss-prevention controls.
  • Execute store opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliations and daily sales reporting.
  • Train, develop and schedule staff; conduct performance feedback and support talent progression within the store.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and ensure follow-through to preserve client relationships.
  • Support promotional launches and seasonal floor plans, ensuring brand presentation and merchandising directives are met.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations and local labour laws.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail environments.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and coaching team performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; reliable with cash-handling and reconciliation procedures.

Experience
