Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales targets, conversion and average transaction value.
  • Coach, develop and evaluate store staff through regular feedback, on-the-floor training and performance reviews.
  • Own daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and reconciliation, and adherence to loss-prevention protocols.
  • Ensure brand-compliant visual merchandising standards, window displays and stock presentation are maintained at all times.
  • Manage inventory processes: receive, cycle count, execute stock transfers and investigate discrepancies.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to align labour with business needs while controlling payroll spend.
  • Deliver an elevated clienteling experience: cultivate relationships, drive repeat business and oversee CRM usage.
  • Compile and submit operational and sales reports; escalate issues and opportunities to the store manager or district leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–2 years' supervisory or lead experience in retail, preferably within premium or fashion brands.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing team performance.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in cash handling, point-of-sale procedures and basic retail reporting.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Legally authorized to work in the location of employment.
