Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations and the sales floor team to deliver consistent, elevated client experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Coach, mentor and develop direct reports through on-the-job training, performance feedback and targeted action plans.
  • Drive KPIs including conversion, average transaction value and units per transaction through proactive clienteling and selling techniques.
  • Manage visual merchandising standards, ensuring brand presentation and product placement align with seasonal directives.
  • Oversee inventory control, receiving, stock replenishment and periodic stock counts to minimize shrink and maximize availability.
  • Prepare and maintain employee schedules, support payroll processes and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, enforce loss-prevention protocols and maintain a safe, orderly store environment.
  • Collaborate with district leadership on local marketing, promotions and events to grow client acquisition and retention.
