Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly and seasonal sales targets while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
- Coach, develop and evaluate store staff through ongoing training, performance feedback and one-on-one development plans.
- Own visual merchandising and floor standards to ensure the store presentation aligns with brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage operational tasks including staff scheduling, stock replenishment, inventory control, cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.
- Protect company assets through adherence to loss-prevention policies, audits and secure cash-management practices.
- Compile and analyse sales and KPI reports to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions with the store leadership team.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and daily supervision to maintain a high-performing, customer-focused retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' retail sales experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and coach employees to meet individual and store targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client-service orientation.
- Reliable availability for retail hours including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Right to work in the country of employment; ability to perform physical tasks associated with retail (stock handling, prolonged standing).

At least two years of retail experience is required, including a minimum of one year supervising or leading a sales team in a fashion, accessories or lifestyle retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in retail management, business or fashion is preferred but not mandatory.
