Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations to ensure an exemplary client experience and adherence to brand standards.
  • Coach, develop and schedule sales associates to maximize individual and team performance against KPIs.

  • Sound knowledge of visual merchandising standards and ability to execute brand presentation.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
