Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations to ensure an exemplary client experience and adherence to brand standards.
  • Coach, develop and schedule sales associates to maximize individual and team performance against KPIs.
  • Drive sales through proactive clienteling, visual merchandising and promotional execution.
  • Manage inventory, perform cycle counts and enforce loss-prevention procedures.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, cash handling and secure POS transactions.
  • Prepare routine sales and operational reports, and communicate insights to store management and district leadership.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management activities for store staff.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within luxury, premium or contemporary fashion.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong clienteling and customer service orientation with a track record of growing client relationships.
  • Sound knowledge of visual merchandising standards and ability to execute brand presentation.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.

Experience

Typically 2+ years of retail supervisory or first-line management experience; experience in luxury or fashion retail is strongly preferred.
