Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve sales targets, conversion and productivity KPIs while maintaining brand standards.
  • Supervise, coach and develop sales associates through on-the-floor mentoring, performance feedback and targeted sales training.
  • Own clienteling activities and VIP servicing: cultivate relationships, ensure personalised follow-up and maximise repeat business.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, manage shift handovers, and guarantee consistent coverage for peak trading periods including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Oversee inventory control, receiving, stock replenishment and cycle counts to minimise shrinkage and maintain visual integrity.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives and seasonal floor moves to deliver an elevated brand presentation.
  • Manage cash handling procedures, POS reconciliation and end-of-day deposits in accordance with company policies.
  • Enforce loss-prevention protocols and maintain a safe, compliant retail environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail (typically 2+ years leading a sales floor or team).
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to inspire a customer-focused team.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal trading.
  • Strong numeracy and organisational skills; experience with cash handling and basic inventory control.

Experience
