Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the sales floor to create a high-energy, customer-first environment; model brand service behaviors and elevate selling standards.
  • Drive personal and team sales performance against KPIs; analyse metrics and deploy best practices to improve conversion, average transaction value and productivity.
  • Cultivate and develop client relationships through proactive outreach, VIP retention strategies and loyalty data capture.
  • Coach, mentor and provide performance feedback to associates; support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training to build a high-performing team.
  • Oversee operational procedures including opening/closing, cash handling, deposits, register operations, key-holding and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Manage inventory integrity: process POS transactions, transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs and damages; maintain an organised stockroom and timely replenishment.
  • Champion omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives (including live-stream shopping) and promote brand-safe social media engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety practices and accessibility requirements; perform occasional physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team, provide constructive feedback, and drive measurable results against targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy retail environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; comfortable using POS, clienteling systems and omni-channel selling tools.
  • Social media literacy and awareness of platform trends; ability to execute brand-safe engagement.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
