Kate Spade Supervisor I role in Mississauga, Ontario — drive retail sales and team leadership in a luxury fashion environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive personal and team sales performance while analyzing metrics and implementing best practices to achieve store KPIs and efficiency targets
  • Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach, exceptional in-store experiences, and adherence to Kate Spade service standards; lead initiatives to drive repeat business and VIP retention
  • Coach team members on performance and goals; support recruitment, onboarding, role modeling, and ongoing training and development
  • Provide feedback to store leadership on individual performance and development needs; advocate for team member growth and foster an inclusive, equitable, and diverse culture
  • Perform and supervise opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and key-holding responsibilities
  • Process POS transactions accurately and oversee inventory functions including transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs, and damages to maintain inventory integrity
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom; direct timely replenishment to ensure optimal sales floor availability
  • Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping; promote brand-safe social media engagement and awareness of trends
  • Lead customer data capture initiatives to grow loyalty programs and repeat purchases; maintain proficiency with clienteling systems

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role (luxury/premium retail preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage confidently with customers and staff on the sales floor
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends
  • Comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver within the sales floor and stockroom

Experience
