Kate Spade (Kittery, Maine) seeks a Store Supervisor to lead sales, clienteling and operations at Kittery Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and model exceptional customer service and kate spade service standards on the sales floor, driving conversations, relationship-building and needs discovery.
- Drive personal sales and coach the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs; analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to increase productivity and conversion.
- Oversee day-to-day floor supervision and operational procedures including opening/closing, cash handling, bank deposits, register operations and key-holding responsibilities.
- Manage inventory activities and stockroom organization: receive shipments, process transfers, handle repairs/damages and direct timely replenishment to the sales floor.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training; provide performance feedback and advocate for team development and progression.
- Execute omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives (including live-stream shopping); lead customer data capture and promote loyalty program growth.
- Promote brand-safe social media engagement and maintain awareness of platform trends to support store marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; familiarity with POS systems, clienteling systems and omni-channel selling tools.
- Social media literacy and an understanding of platform trends; ability to represent the brand in digital engagements.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; authorized to perform key-holding duties.
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 2 years in a retail service environment in a supervisory or floor leadership role; experience in luxury or premium retail preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail, business or leadership training preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
