Kate Spade in Hershey, PA seeks a full-time Store Supervisor at Tanger Outlets Hershey to lead sales, clienteling and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day floor operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs through coaching, performance management and by modelling exemplary selling behaviours.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and retention via proactive outreach, VIP servicing and rigorous execution of kate spade service standards.
  • Supervise and participate in omni-channel selling initiatives, including virtual selling, live-stream events and customer data capture to grow loyalty.
  • Manage operational duties including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, POS transactions, inventory integrity (receiving, transfers, repairs, damages) and key-holding responsibilities.
  • Maintain an organised stockroom and ensure timely replenishment to optimise product availability on the sales floor.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development; provide constructive feedback and act as an advocate for team members to drive engagement and performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and navigate the sales floor confidently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; comfortable using POS and clienteling systems.
  • Social media literacy and familiarity with platform trends; experience with omni-channel/virtual selling tools.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Experience

At least two years of progressive retail experience in a management or floor leadership capacity; candidates with experience in luxury or premium retail environments will be prioritised.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 23.75 per hour.
