Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and model exceptional customer service and kate spade service behaviors on the sales floor, cultivating a high-energy, client-first environment.

- Oversee daily operational duties including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, register operations and key-holding responsibilities.
- Manage inventory integrity: process POS transactions, handle transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs and damages, and maintain an organized stockroom with timely replenishment.
- Support omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives (including live-stream shopping), promote brand-safe social media engagement and stay current on platform trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing KPIs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Familiarity with POS systems, clienteling systems, omni-channel/virtual selling tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform frequent bending, kneeling and stockroom duties.

Experience
At least 2 years in a retail service environment in a supervisory, floor lead or management capacity; prior experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or an associate degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
