Kate Spade New York seeks a Full-Time Store Supervisor in Edina, Minnesota to lead sales operations, team development, and client engagement in a premium retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive personal sales performance while leading the team to achieve sales and KPI targets; analyze metrics and implement best practices to improve results and efficiency
  • Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach, exceptional in-store and after-sales experiences, and adherence to Kate Spade service standards
  • Coach and develop team members on goals, performance, and brand behaviors; support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives
  • Perform and supervise opening and closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and key-holding responsibilities
  • Process POS transactions and manage inventory functions including transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs, and damages to maintain inventory integrity
  • Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping and brand-safe social media engagement
  • Lead customer data capture initiatives to grow loyalty programs and encourage repeat purchases
  • Maintain organized stockroom operations and direct timely replenishment to ensure sales floor availability
  • Foster an inclusive, equitable, and diverse culture that empowers team members to thrive authentically

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of retail service experience in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and confidently navigate the sales floor
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends
  • Comfort with omni-channel and virtual selling tools and clienteling systems
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
