Kate Spade Store Supervisor position in Eagan, Minnesota. Lead retail sales team, drive KPIs, and elevate customer experiences in luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and team sales performance while leading the store to achieve sales and key performance indicator targets; analyze metrics and implement best practices to improve results and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and adherence to Kate Spade service standards; ensure exceptional in-store and after-sales experiences by modeling host-of-the-party service behaviors centered on needs discovery and relationship development
- Lead proactive client outreach to drive repeat business and VIP retention through effective clienteling and relationship management
- Coach the sales team on performance goals and development; support recruitment, onboarding, role modeling, and ongoing training initiatives
- Provide regular feedback to store leadership on individual team member performance and development needs; serve as an advocate for team concerns and professional growth
- Foster an inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace culture that empowers team members to thrive authentically and contribute their best work
- Perform and supervise opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, bank deposits, POS register operations, and facility security with key-holding responsibilities
- Accurately process POS transactions and manage inventory functions including transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs, and damage tracking to maintain inventory integrity
- Maintain an organized stockroom environment and direct timely merchandise replenishment to ensure optimal product availability on the sales floor
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping and social media engagement, while promoting brand-safe digital presence
- Lead customer data capture and loyalty program enrollment to grow repeat purchases and customer lifetime value
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role, with luxury or premium retail experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate brand values and inspire team members
- Detail-oriented, proactive approach with demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and staff while confidently commanding the sales floor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends and digital marketing
- Comfort and competency with omni-channel and virtual selling tools, clienteling platforms, and POS systems
- Strong English language proficiency
Skills
Experience
2+ years of retail service experience in a management or floor leadership capacity, with preference for luxury or premium retail backgrounds. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or associate degree preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
