Role & Responsibilities
- Drive individual and team sales performance and KPI attainment through coaching, floor leadership, and daily metric analysis.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by modeling kate spade service behaviours, leading proactive outreach, and ensuring strong after‑sales service and VIP retention.
- Coach, develop and onboard store staff; provide regular performance feedback and act as an advocate for team advancement and training needs.
- Oversee operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, key‑holding and facility security.
- Maintain inventory integrity via accurate POS processing, receiving, transfers, shipments, repairs and damage reporting; keep an organized stockroom and timely replenishment to the sales floor.
- Advance omni‑channel initiatives and virtual selling (including live‑stream shopping); lead customer data capture to grow loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Promote brand‑safe social media engagement and maintain awareness of platform and trend developments to support in‑store marketing.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a high‑traffic retail environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; comfortable using POS, clienteling systems and omni‑channel/virtual selling tools.
- Social media literacy and an understanding of platform trends and brand‑safe engagement.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; key‑holding responsibilities required.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least 2 years in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership capacity; prior luxury or premium retail experience is preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail management experience accepted.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
