Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales-floor operations and model Kate Spade service behaviours to create a customer-first, high-energy environment.
- Drive personal and team sales performance against KPIs; analyse metrics and implement best practices to improve results and efficiency.
- Develop client relationships through proactive outreach, loyalty-building activities and post-sale service to maximise repeat business and VIP retention.
- Coach, mentor and develop the store team including recruitment support, onboarding, performance feedback and training.
- Perform and supervise opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, register operations and key-holding responsibilities.
- Manage inventory integrity: process POS transactions, oversee transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs and damages; maintain an organised stockroom and timely replenishment.
- Activate omni-channel initiatives and virtual selling (including live-stream shopping); lead customer data capture and promote brand-safe social media engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail service experience in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail preferred (combination of education and experience may be considered).
- Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team, deliver against targets and provide constructive performance feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; comfortable using POS and clienteling systems.
- Social media literacy and familiarity with omni-channel/virtual selling tools.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and peak retail periods; ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience
At least 2 years in a retail service environment with demonstrated floor leadership or supervisory responsibility; prior experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or associate-level coursework in retail management or business is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
