Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-focused in-store experience that consistently meets brand standards and drives repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling, clienteling and follow-up communications.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across collections and communicate brand heritage and product features to clients.
- Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation, ensuring windows and sales floor align with seasonal concepts.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and perform accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
- Manage stockroom activities: receiving, tagging, replenishment and inventory accuracy controls.
- Support loss prevention procedures and uphold operational standards for safety, security and store compliance.
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute promotional events, launches and client engagement initiatives; work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Proven retail track record with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets; experience in premium or fashion retail preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, brand-appropriate presentation.
- Strong numeracy and cash-handling accuracy.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and peak sales periods.
- Reliability, professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.

Experience
Typically requires 2+ years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury, contemporary fashion, or accessories brands; demonstrated success in individual sales performance and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or retail/fashion-related coursework preferred.
