Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and up‑selling.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash management procedures.
  • Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, housekeeping, product presentation and stock replenishment.
