Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and up‑selling.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash management procedures.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, housekeeping, product presentation and stock replenishment.
- Support inventory control activities: receive, tag and cycle stock; assist with stock counts and loss-prevention measures.
- Participate in store events, product launches and promotional initiatives to maximise footfall and conversion.
