Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and up‑selling.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash management procedures.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, housekeeping, product presentation and stock replenishment.
- Support inventory control activities: receive, tag and cycle stock; assist with stock counts and loss-prevention measures.
- Participate in store events, product launches and promotional initiatives to maximise footfall and conversion.
- Communicate product knowledge and brand story effectively to clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-calibre customer service in a retail environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, customer-facing demeanour.
- Comfortable with cash handling and basic point-of-sale procedures.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
- Right to work in the hiring location.

Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail or luxury sales experience is preferred; recent graduates with strong client service aptitude may be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail or hospitality training is advantageous but not mandatory.
