Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience aligned with brand standards; build rapport and convert foot traffic into sales.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and maintain cash-handling integrity.
  • Support visual merchandising and on-floor presentation to ensure product is stocked, styled and replenished according to visual directives.
  • Maintain store operations including receiving, tagging, stockroom organisation and inventory counts; assist with loss-prevention procedures.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs; engage in clienteling activities and follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Support store events, promotions and seasonal campaigns; work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Right to work in the country of employment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and handle light lifting associated with retail operations.
