Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience aligned with brand standards; build rapport and convert foot traffic into sales.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and maintain cash-handling integrity.
- Support visual merchandising and on-floor presentation to ensure product is stocked, styled and replenished according to visual directives.
- Maintain store operations including receiving, tagging, stockroom organisation and inventory counts; assist with loss-prevention procedures.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs; engage in clienteling activities and follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Support store events, promotions and seasonal campaigns; work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Right to work in the country of employment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle light lifting associated with retail operations.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to 2 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred; prior experience in luxury or accessories retail is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
