Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, high-touch customer service and personalised product recommendations to meet sales objectives.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, exchanges and returns while maintaining cash-handling integrity.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays, floor sets and product presentation reflect brand guidelines.
  • Receive, unpack and replenish inventory; assist with stockroom organisation and cycle counts as directed.
  • Support clienteling activities by capturing customer preferences and following up on requests or special orders.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, store opening/closing protocols and health & safety policies.
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays to cover peak trading periods and store needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
  • Professional presentation and the ability to represent a luxury brand standard.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first orientation.
