Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, high-touch customer service and personalised product recommendations to meet sales objectives.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, exchanges and returns while maintaining cash-handling integrity.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays, floor sets and product presentation reflect brand guidelines.
- Receive, unpack and replenish inventory; assist with stockroom organisation and cycle counts as directed.
- Support clienteling activities by capturing customer preferences and following up on requests or special orders.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, store opening/closing protocols and health & safety policies.
- Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays to cover peak trading periods and store needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Professional presentation and the ability to represent a luxury brand standard.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first orientation.
- Right to work in the hiring country.

Experience
Previous retail or luxury brand experience is preferred but not mandatory; temporary hires should demonstrate basic sales or customer-service experience and the capacity to learn brand procedures quickly.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
