Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, personalized client service to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling and relationship cultivation.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base using clienteling techniques, follow-ups, and tailored recommendations.
  • Execute merchandising and visual directives to uphold brand presentation standards and seasonal floor resets.
  • Operate point-of-sale transactions, process returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate cash handling and register reconciliation.
  • Support inventory management activities including stock replenishment, backroom organization, and cycle counts.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention protocols and maintain compliance with all store policies and procedures.
  • Assist in training or mentoring junior sales team members and lead the sales floor in the absence of supervisory staff.
  • Participate in store events, product launches, and omnichannel fulfilment activities (click-and-collect, ship-from-store) as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a retail or luxury environment, preferably with 3+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrable clienteling ability with strong relationship-management and follow-up discipline.
  • Polished professional manner and an acute eye for visual merchandising aligned with brand standards.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods; ability to work retail shifts.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (if applicable to location) and reliable transportation to store.
