Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, KPIs and daily operational objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive clienteling, personalized service and effective complaint resolution.
  • Coach, develop and motivate sales staff to meet performance standards and brand service protocols.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure conformity with global brand directives.
  • Manage inventory controls, receiving, stock replenishment and cycle counts to minimize shrink and optimize availability.
  • Supervise cash handling, daily reconciliations and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
  • Assist with scheduling, recruiting and onboarding of store team members and lead by example on the shop floor.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with health, safety and corporate policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and coaching teams to deliver measurable results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships and lead a diverse team.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
  • Right to work in the country of employment.

Experience
