Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, KPIs and daily operational objectives.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive clienteling, personalized service and effective complaint resolution.
- Coach, develop and motivate sales staff to meet performance standards and brand service protocols.
- Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure conformity with global brand directives.
- Manage inventory controls, receiving, stock replenishment and cycle counts to minimize shrink and optimize availability.
- Supervise cash handling, daily reconciliations and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Assist with scheduling, recruiting and onboarding of store team members and lead by example on the shop floor.
- Execute opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with health, safety and corporate policies.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and coaching teams to deliver measurable results.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships and lead a diverse team.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
- Right to work in the country of employment.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail experience with a minimum of 12 months in a supervisory or assistant managerial capacity; experience in luxury or premium brands strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, retail management or related field preferred.
