Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all store operations to achieve or exceed sales targets, margin and KPI objectives while upholding brand standards and merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications
- Proven leadership capability with prior experience managing a retail boutique or multi-person store team.
- Track record of meeting sales targets, driving KPI performance and managing store-level P&L.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and develop employees.
- High level of commercial acumen and customer-focus; ability to translate business objectives into store-level action.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands, with demonstrated success in sales growth, team development and operational management.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
