Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all operational procedures including opening/closing routines, cash handling, bank deposits, payroll and scheduling within budget.
  • Protect inventory integrity through accurate processing of markdowns, transfers, damages, shipping and receiving; enforce loss prevention protocols.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and leverage social selling and live/virtual selling programs where applicable to expand reach and revenues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (visual merchandising, operations, HR, merchandising, marketing) to execute commercial strategies.
  • Use Microsoft Office and CRM systems to manage reporting, communication and store-level administrative tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of store leadership or equivalent retail/service management experience; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of sales leadership, coaching and talent development, with measurable results against KPIs (conversion, AOV, UPT).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and conflict-mediation skills; decisive and data-driven in planning and execution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with CRM/clienteling tools; social media literacy and understanding of live/virtual selling.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience
