Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Kate Spade boutique, ensuring a seamless and welcoming customer experience
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and motivation
- Oversee visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control to maintain brand standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and health and safety regulations
- Implement and communicate brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns to the team
- Provide coaching and development support to team members to foster career progression
Qualifications
- Proven retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Experience

Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail management certification or training programme completion is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from GBP 33,000 to GBP 40,000 per annum.
