Role & Responsibilities
- Model and coach kate spade new york service behaviours and selling standards to ensure a premium client experience.
- Drive clienteling and omni-channel initiatives (CRM usage, outreach, virtual appointments, ship‑from‑store, BOPIS) to meet KPIs such as conversion, AOV and UPT.
- Recruit, onboard, train and develop a high‑performing, diverse sales team; conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans.
- Own store financial performance: forecast, plan and deliver against sales and productivity goals using selling reports and business trend analysis.
- Execute brand and visual merchandising directives; maintain store standards, displays and window storytelling consistent with brand aesthetic.
- Manage all store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, deposits, scheduling, payroll within budget, inventory integrity and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (visual, operations, HR, merchandising, marketing) to implement strategies that drive traffic and sales.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM systems for reporting, communications and operational tasks; gather and relay customer feedback and product insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of store leadership in retail or service; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
- Proven track record of sales leadership, coaching and talent development with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, conflict mediation, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM/clienteling platforms; social media and virtual selling literacy.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre in sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
At least 3+ years of progressive store leadership experience in retail or service environments; prior experience within luxury or premium brands is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary study in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred but not mandatory.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 30 to USD 44.75 per hour.
