Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to achieve sales targets, conversion and average transaction value metrics.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales staff through ongoing feedback, product training and performance reviews.
- Oversee visual merchandising and presentation standards to ensure brand consistency and elevated customer environments.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving processes to optimize product availability and minimize shrink.
- Execute opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS reconciliation with strict adherence to company policies.
- Support scheduling, labour management and short-term workforce adjustments to match sales demand.
- Investigate and resolve customer escalations, ensuring high-touch service appropriate to a luxury retail context.
- Drive local marketing activations and clienteling efforts to expand the store's loyal customer base.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within premium or luxury fashion (typically 2+ years).
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams to achieve sales KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong organisational aptitude with experience in inventory management and cash-control procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to represent the brand with professionalism.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of supervisory or assistant management experience in a retail environment, with a preference for prior work in luxury or premium fashion brands and demonstrable success against sales targets and team development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.
