Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, high-touch clienteling and sales service to a discerning customer base, consistently meeting individual and store sales goals.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while following cash-handling protocols.
- Support visual merchandising standards and store presentation, including product placement, window dressing and seasonal resets.
- Receive, unpack and process incoming inventory; assist with cycle counts and day-to-day stock replenishment.
- Maintain showroom readiness and compliance with loss-prevention and safety procedures; assist in store events and promotions as required.
Qualifications
- Right to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Professional grooming and presentation consistent with a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and deliver personalized customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as required for merchandising tasks.

Experience
Entry-level to 2 years of retail experience, with prior luxury or boutique experience preferred. Experience in seasonal or temporary roles is advantageous.
