Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and drive sales through active client engagement and product knowledge.
  • Execute daily point-of-sale (POS) transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising standards: maintain floor presentation, perform markdowns, and execute window and in-store planograms as directed.
  • Receive, unpack and process incoming stock; perform replenishment, inventory counts and assist with back‑of‑house organisation.
  • Assist with fitting-room management, loss prevention practices and resolution of basic customer enquiries by phone or in person.
  • Provide operational support during peak periods, store events and promotional activity as a flexible, front-line team member.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience; luxury, premium fashion or hospitality background preferred.
  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on client care and rapport building.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday trading periods.
  • Basic numeracy and cash‑handling integrity; ability to operate POS systems reliably.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting for stock handling and merchandising.

Experience
