Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and cultivate lasting client relationships through attentive, personalised interactions and follow-up.
  • Drive sales and achieve individual and store objectives through product knowledge, suggestive selling and clienteling.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately; process transactions, returns and exchanges while maintaining cash-handling integrity.
  • Maintain merchandising and visual standards: restock product, execute floor moves and support window and in-store displays.
  • Support inventory activities including receiving, tagging and cycle counts, and assist with stockroom organisation.
  • Uphold loss-prevention procedures and store safety policies; report discrepancies and suspicious activity promptly.
  • Assist with fitting room operations, appointment bookings and managing client queues during peak periods.
  • Provide operational support during opening/closing, briefings and store housekeeping to ensure a polished store environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer-service certification is an asset.
  • Authorised to work in the United States.
  • Professional, polished presentation aligned with brand standards.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage diverse clientele.
  • Basic numeracy and proven accuracy in cash and transaction handling.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday seasons.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to stand and move continuously during scheduled shifts.
  • Discretion and respect for client confidentiality.

Experience

Entry-level retail experience preferred; 0–2 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles is acceptable. Prior experience with premium or lifestyle brands, seasonal retail or high-volume stores is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or customer service is a plus.
