Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to cultivate relationships, drive repeat business and exceed individual sales targets.

  • Process sales transactions accurately using the store point-of-sale system and manage cash handling and returns in accordance with company policy.

  • Support inventory control: receive and process shipments, perform cycle counts and assist with stock replenishment and store transfers.
  • Contribute to store-driven initiatives such as events, launches and omnichannel fulfilment (click-and-collect, ship-from-store) as required.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, store policies and health & safety guidelines to protect assets and teammates.

Qualifications

  • Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Professional grooming and presentation consistent with a premium retail brand.
  • Reliable attendance and strong teamwork orientation.

Experience
